Different types of hemming machines can be installed into the frame for several operations
The frame is built to the customers' requirements up to fabric widths of 120"
It features a rear frame (behind the operator) which feeds fabric in a relaxed state to the centre unit and sewing machine. The fabric can be from a roll or from a barrow. Fabric tension is under constant electronic check.
The centre unit consists of the sewing machine and support table which is the width of the frames.
The front frame (in front of the operator) has a variable speed puller feed. This is designed to the fabric width to assist the sewing machine feed taking the fabric away efficiently. It has forward, stop and reverse for ease of operator use.
